We don't offer a free trial. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, so you can subscribe and cancel anytime. You can also explore the live demo before subscribing.
Nothing is blocked. Storage beyond the included 1 TB is metered and billed at $50 per TB per month at the end of each billing cycle — you only pay for what you actually use.
Every plan includes $25 of Sintris AI usage each month. Beyond that, usage draws from AI credits you can top up at any time or reload automatically; account admins can cap spend per account and per team member from Settings › AI.
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we'll refund you the difference already paid.
Yes, you can add your company details, tax ID, and billing address to your invoices through the billing portal.
Plans are per account, not per user. You can upgrade your account, and all users within that account will have access to the plan's features.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and support multiple payment methods through Stripe.
